This course allows Spanish and Polish members to learn the English language.  The course focuses on general speaking skills, words and phrases that non-english speaking people encounter on the job site every day.

RESPECT IN THE WORKPLACE                                                    4 Hours

The class introduces students to the specific types of sexual and other harassment environments.  Instructor discusses difference between a Hostile Environment and a Quid Pro Quo situation.  It discusses the responsibilities of the employer and the offended worker.  Course covers specific laws pertaining to protected groups, particularly women.
